Products that work in CAD don’t always work in the real world. A model only ever behaves as well as the assumptions built into it, and those assumptions don’t always hold up.

So, before a design goes further, we model how it will behave under the loads, vibration and use it will actually face, not just the ones specified in your brief. We check tolerance stacks, material behaviour and structural limits against those real conditions.

A design that looks sound in theory can still fail once those constraints are applied. The earlier those gaps are identified, the easier they are to close. We establish viable performance limits for your product and build in a safety margin before the design reaches the tooling stage, where decisions become more expensive to reverse.
